Terms of Use

Effective: May 12, 2026 · Last updated: May 12, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using FrameworkList.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by ElevenApril Development Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site is

FrameworkList.com is a curated reference site for thinking frameworks — short summaries, examples, and long-form articles. The Site is the web companion to the FrameworkList iOS app, but the iOS app is governed by its own separate terms.

The Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not professional advice (business, legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

3. Eligibility

The Site is suitable for all ages and free to use. There is no account, no login, no signup.

4. Acceptable use

You may freely read, reference, and link to content on the Site. You agree not to:

5. Intellectual property

The selection, organization, and original written content on the Site (especially the long-form articles for each framework) are © 2026 ElevenApril. The thinking frameworks themselves — SWOT, RICE, OKR, and so on — are widely-taught concepts in the public domain; we do not claim ownership of the underlying ideas.

"FrameworkList" and the FrameworkList logo are trademarks of ElevenApril.

6. Linking and quoting

You are welcome to:

You may not present our content as your own or use the FrameworkList name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement.

7. The iOS app and external links

The Site links to the FrameworkList iOS app on the Apple App Store. Downloading and using the app is governed by Apple's App Store terms and the FrameworkList iOS app's separate terms — not these Terms.

The Site may link to other third-party sites (Twitter, Cloudflare, Apple App Store, etc.). We are not responsible for those sites' content, accuracy, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that:

Thinking frameworks are tools, not formulas. They support good decisions; they don't guarantee them. Apply them at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevenApril and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, business outcomes, opportunities, or data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information on it.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold ElevenApril harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll bump the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the Site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or block access to the Site at any time, for any reason — for instance, in response to abuse or for technical reasons. You can stop using the Site at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Local consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights that these Terms cannot override.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
